Data will be processed on the basis of your consent, and of the fulfillment of the legal obligations imposed on the National Bank by the legislation of Georgia.
Your data will be processed before and after the conference for a period of 1 year for the purpose of further communication with you and after the expiration of the specified period, this data will be deleted/destroyed.
Your personal data will be processed lawfully, fairly and transparently. You may request the correction, update, completion, deletion or destruction of incorrect, inaccurate and/or incomplete data about you. You may also request, free of charge, information on your personal data or copies of this data. You may withdraw your consent at any time, without giving any explanation or justification. In such event the processing of the data will cease and this data will be deleted/destroyed no later than 10 working days after your request (unless there is different valid legal basis for processing of the data). You may withdraw this consent by sending an e-mail to – international@nbg.gov.ge. In this case, your registration will be canceled and you will no longer be able to attend the conference.
Your above-mentioned right(s) may be restricted if there is a basis provided for by the law governing the protection of personal data in force in Georgia.
